Statewide Wrecker Tariff Fees

This statewide wrecker tariff governs the rates for nonconsensual towing of wrecked, damaged, or abandoned motor vehicles and their cargo in New Mexico. It also applies to inoperative and replacement vehicles, parts, and equipment related to the aforementioned vehicles, including those whose drivers have been declared unable to drive by a duly authorized law enforcement officer, as well as vehicles that have been repossessed, confiscated, or seized by any lawful authority.
